It’s a secret that not many people know about, but I just had to share with you.

It is the five tibetan rites. In this video I share with you their full sequences.

If you are healthy I suggest starting with a daily practise of 7 of each of the rites, gradually each week you can increase it by 2-3 more repititions of each of the rites. The maximum number of rites that should be performed daily is 21.
